GENERAL 

Prices are in pounds sterling and are subject to UK VAT (currently 20%). We accept payment over the phone, by card or by Pay Pal which accepts most major credit and debit cards. Payments that are done over the phone are done so by us contacting you on the details you provide to us at checkout. If you choose to pay by Pay Pal but do not have have a Pay Pal account, Pay Pal offer the payment service to non account holders too. Please follow the steps provided by Pay Pal upon checkout to pay for your items. Payment should be made at checkout to ensure that goods may be dispatched without any undue delay. Until payment is received goods will remain available for sale and as such could become unavailable if there is a delay in paying for your order. Unfortunately we can only deliver to the card holders address and so regret that we cannot send to a third party. The Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. When making your purchase, and you do not wish to accept the Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue the use of the site. The use of this web site by you the user will be construed as your acceptance and your agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out by 925 Treats. In order to register with 925 Treats you must be over eighteen years of age and ensure that the details provided by you upon registration or at any time thereafter are correct and complete. If the details supplied to us change you must inform us immediately by updating your personal details.


DELIVERY

We cannot guarantee delivery times but will endeavour to endure delivery within 3-5 working days on receipt of payment. (This is subject to Royal Mail delivery times, however we aim to dispatch any orders within 3-5 working days on receipt of payment). If you wish to receive your purchase by special delivery then the cost will be £6.95 irrespective of the package size (we recommend that you choose this option as it insures your purchase against damage or loss).


Purchasing Items offered for sale at www.925treats.co.uk are subject to availability. In order to purchase any of the items offered by 925 Treats please click the "Add to Shopping Basket" option which is displayed on each product page. Once you have submitted your order to purchase a product by selecting the button "Check Out" and proceed as instructed. You will be required to input your details and may also create an account with Charms by Treats at this time. Creating an account enables you to avoid having to re-enter any delivery details in the future and also to view the status of your purchase. Once you have submitted your purchase, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order containing the details of your order. We will then contact you on the details you have submitted to request payment. The order which you place represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is then accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirming that we have accepted your order. Until such time that you have completed the checkout process, items will remain for sale on our website and as such we encourage that you submit all details to ensure that your order is made as soon as possible to ensure that you avoid any disappointment caused by the item being sold to another customer. Once payment is received the contract between you and 925 Treats will be filed and may be viewed (provided you have created an account prior to your purchase) on-line. If you do not have an account then the details will not be available on-line but kept by us in according to our privacy policy.

 COOKIES

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We use cookies to record session information by users of our site, record user-specific information on the pages the visitor selects for viewing and to retain the visitor's answer to our question regarding residency. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can modify your browser preferences to reject them. However, if you choose to reject all cookies, you may be unable to use parts of the site.


RETRUN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS

In the event that the purchase you have made is unsuitable, you must inform us within 7 calendar days of receipt. This can be done by e-mailing us at sales@925treats.com or by phone on 01269 597332. In your e-mail you must include your order number and the item you wish to return (please include the reference number for the item) and we will then issue you with a reference number. This reference number should be placed in the returns box on your invoice. The completed invoice (copy is acceptable) together with the item(s) you are returning should then be returned in perfect condition together with the original packaging within 7 calendar days of receiving your reference number. Provided that these conditions are met then we will be happy to provide a refund/exchange to you. Please note that any items received outside of the 7 calendar day period will only be subject to credit from 925 Treats. A refund will not be possible if the item/items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in such cases item(s) will be returned to you. Under no circumstance will 925 Treats accept the return of earrings, unless damaged, as we must comply with current Health & Hygiene regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights. When returning items you must bear the cost of any such return, excluding where the item is faulty, and will be required to arrange and pay for the return of any item(s) to us. When returning items we strongly recommended that you obtain proof of posting and we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, 925 Treats will arrange for an exchange to be made where possible. In instances where an item is returned due to a fault, and the item is no longer available a credit or a refund will be offered. In all instances 925 Treats's decision is final. Please note that we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

However 925 Treats or anyone associated with 925 Treats cannot accept any liability for any loss arising out of direct or indirect use of this information. 925 Treats reserves the right to change any information contained on this web site in full or part at any time without notice.
